They get confused constantly, but they do completely different things — one is about color, the other about volume. Here's the honest difference, so you book the treatment that matches what you actually want.

The honest difference
Lip blush is semi-permanent color. It deposits soft pigment into the surface of the lips to enhance their natural tone, define the border, and even out the color — your lips, but healthier and more defined. It does not change your lip size. It lasts 2 to 3 years.
Lip filler is volume. A licensed medical injector places hyaluronic acid to make the lips physically fuller and larger. It does not add color. It typically lasts around 6 to 12 months.
Neither is "better" — they solve different problems. At Gisselle Atelier we specialize in lip blush (color and definition). We do not perform filler, which is an injectable medical treatment.
